Itinerary

DAY 1: AYODHYA TO POKHARA (ARRIVAL) NIGHT STAY

Morning: Early departure from Ayodhya. Travel to the Sonauli Border (approx. 220-250 km, ~6 hours).

Afternoon: Complete immigration/customs and enter Nepal; continue the scenic drive to Pokhara.

Evening: Check into the hotel. Enjoy a relaxing walk by Phewa Lake.

Overnight in Pokhara.

DAY 2: POKHARA SIGHTSEEING NIGHT STAY

Sunrise: Visit Sarangkot for a panoramic sunrise over Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges.

Local Tour: Visit the following places:

Bindhyabasini Temple (Ancient heritage)
Davis Fall
Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave

Boat ride to Tal Barahi Temple (located in the middle of Phewa Lake).

Overnight in Pokhara.

DAY 3: POKHARA TO KATHMANDU (VIA MANAKAMANA) NIGHT STAY

En Route: Stop at Kurintar for the Manakamana Devi Temple.

Activity: Take the famous cable car (ropeway) ride to the hilltop temple.

Evening: Arrive in Kathmandu and check into the hotel.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

DAY 4: KATHMANDU LOCAL SIGHTSEEING NIGHT STAY

Religious Sites: Visit the following:

Pashupatinath Temple (Lord Shiva)
Budhanilkantha (Reclining Vishnu)

Stupas: Explore the following:

Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) for city views
Boudhanath Stupa

Evening: Free time for shopping in the vibrant Thamel markets.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

DAY 5: KATHMANDU TO LUMBINI NIGHT STAY

Post-breakfast drive (approx. 250-280 km) descending from the mountains to the Terai plains.

Evening: Arrival in Lumbini. Check into the hotel.

Overnight in Lumbini.

DAY 6: LUMBINI SIGHTSEEING & RETURN TO AYODHYA

Morning: Visit the following places:

Maya Devi Temple (Birthplace of Buddha)
Ashoka Pillar
Various international monasteries (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, etc.)

Afternoon: Depart for the Sonauli border. Cross back into India.

Night: Late evening drop-off in Ayodhya.

Vehicle: Available for 10 hours daily (e.g., 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

- 15–29 days before: 25% Charge
- Within 5 days: 100% Charge (No refund)
